I walked into helloworld in Spring Hill a few months ago to buy travel insurance and they were very helpful. The product they recommended paid out both my claims, no fuss. I'll definitely be back next time I'm planning a trip overseas!

We contacted Helloworld travel for our family trip to Europe and Colette and staff have been just perfect in helping this happen. We are now ready to travel to Prague, Salzburg, Munich, Paris, London, York and Edinburg with family including our 3 grandchildren. Any time we asked for advice we received a reply very quickly. I don't know what I would do without Tracy. She has guided me throughout my many journeys, always there and always ready to assist. I probably would not have been doing all the trips, local overseas and world tours if not for her. All the staff are always welcoming and helpful , but Tracy is the one I couldn't be without. Can't fill in a form? she will guide you or do it for you. She makes traveling a breeze. I can't thank you enough Tracy for all that you do for me.

Couldn’t be happier with Helloworld Springhill. Colette helped us shape an itinerary that wasn’t hectic and included all our “must do’s”. She found accommodation options that met our requirements perfectly, and within budget. Karen booked our transport and it made moving between countries easy and stress-free. The Helloworld app was fantastic. All our itinerary details and documents were included in date order online. Super easy to follow. It was the icing on the cake. We had an amazing European Christmas trip and it’s thanks to the industry knowledge, hard work and professionalism from Helloworld Springhill.
